- Will you give me a radon mitigation quote over the phone? AQC visits every home in order to custom design an effective radon system that takes in to consideration the characteristics of your structure.
- Do you test my home after installation? AQC will provide upon completion of the system installation one short-term radon test kit complete with instructions. The customer is responsible for placing, retrieving, and mailing the test kit to the independent lab where it is analyzed. This will eliminate any conflict of interest.
- Will the radon system be an eye sore? AQC understands that aesthetics are of equal concern as effectiveness and will make every effort to install a non-intrusive system.
- What happens if my levels are still above 4 picocuries per liter post mitigation? AQC will return to the property to take whatever action necessary to reduce the radon levels below the EPA guidline at no additional cost to the customer.
- I'm selling my house, will the new homeowners still be guaranteed? Yes, the AQC guarantee is transferable and in effect for five years.
